Shiitake risotto croquettes with black lentil sauce & roasted red pepper.

Salad

Shaved fennel, granny smith, massaged kale. Hemp-tahini dressing & pomegranate seeds.

Main

Autumn vegetable pot pie with roasted cauliflower & spelt-coconut crust. Mashed parsnips with roasted garlic & grilled beet greens.

Dessert

Chai pumpkin raw vegan cheesecake and chocolate goji raw vegan cheesecake with coconut cream.
